Pellenc Selective Process Grape Harvester

Pellenc - Harvest-Equipment

Overview

The Pellenc Selective Process harvester uses a destemming system integrated into the picking head to separate berries from stems and major debris during harvest. This pre-sorting approach delivers cleaner fruit to the winery bin, reducing whole-cluster material and leaf fragments compared to standard harvesters that collect everything dislodged from the vine. Pellenc harvesters are widely used in premium Burgundy, Languedoc, and California production where fruit quality from mechanical harvest is a primary consideration. The Selective Process is available in both trailed and self-propelled configurations.
